Crops of Luv newest scrapbook retreat at the Tempe Mission Palms for July 25-29, 2019.  We want you to be "Queen of the Crop".  We'll have lots of fun prizes for you throughout the weekend, vendors for you to shop with on Saturday, and snacks all weekend long!

Registration Information

$175 – 5 Day Retreat (first day @ 6:00 pm - last day @ noon)

$25 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot – balance must be paid 30 days prior to Retreat

Registration is first-come, first-serve so it is important to reserve your spot with full payment as soon as possible. Payment must be received in full 30 days prior to Retreat date.  RSVP's with balances not paid by June 25th are subject to loss of deposit and may lose their reservation to those next on the waiting list.

Retreat Weekend Details

Each person will have 6 feet of crop space, an ergonomic chair, and a trash can.

We’ll have fabulous prizes, raffle drawings and snack/drinks throughout the event for you.

Saturday is our Vendor Fair and Silent Auction - with scrapbook, clothing and beauty vendors spending the day with us so you can shop and have some fun away from your scrapbooks.

The crop room stays open each evening until the last 2 croppers go to sleep.

The resort has offered a special group rate of $90 per night single or double occupancy. They are offering this rate 2 days before and after our event (based on availability). There is no Resort Fee for our group, and the Bellman tip is included in your Retreat fee.

**Please note, you are required to stay at the hotel a minimum of two nights in order to participate in the event. **

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions??

1. Can I just come and crop during the day and not stay at the hotel? No – you must stay a minimum of 2 nights at the Hotel to participate in the Crops of Luv Retreat.

2. Are any meals included? No, you will be on your own for all meals. We have a 10% discount at Mission Grille and COL will be providing a dessert night.  Many of us bring light foods and sandwich fixings to store in our hotel room mini fridge.

3. Is complimentary Internet Access available in the Crop Room with power outlets? Yes, wireless internet in the crop room and power strips.

4. Is there a minimum age to attend? Yes, you must be at least 15 years old to attend.

5. What are the hours the crop room is open? The crop room will stay open as long as 2 people are still scrappin’. We generally re-open each morning at 7am but are happy to come earlier if you request it. 

6. Can I have visitors, family, etc. hang out with me? You are welcome to have family or friends visit you for a short period of time, but they are not allowed to stay and hang out in the crop room or use any of the tools, etc. Everyone at the retreat has paid to be there, so we ask that you be respectful of that.  

7. How much is parking, bellman, resort and housekeeping fees? Self-parking and valet is free for hotel guests. No bellman tip - we collected $15 with your registration as the bellmen tip for 1 cart of stuff in and 1 cart of stuff out. If you have more than 1 cart, please tip for that extra cart. There is no resort fee for our group. Please do your own housekeeping gratuity.

8. Perfumes and allergies - We have many women with acute allergies to perfumes, scented lotions, fruit sprays, heavy hair spray, etc.Please avoid using these during the Retreat out of courtesy to your scrapping neighbors.

9. Refund/Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to find someone to take your place. When you find someone to take your place, please notify the Retreat Chairs listed below.

If you can't find a replacement and are unable to attend, you must email the Retreat Chairs no later than 30 days prior to Retreat date for a full refund, less your non-refundable deposit (if paid).

You are responsible for any changes/cancellations with the Hotel and subject to their refund/cancellation policy.
