b Who We are …           

In the summer of 2007, a little girl named Déjà died of brain cancer. She was only 4 years old. For this little girl and her family, Jody McNelis coordinated a scrap-a-thon to build a scrapbook for Déjà’s Wish trip to Disneyworld. 

Inspired by this brave little girl, Jody sought to find a way to do this for more children like Déjà.  She teamed up with her aunt, Roberta Baker to start the nonprofit company, Crops of Luv™ in May of 2009, to continue making scrapbooks for critically ill children and their families.

Crops of Luv™ started our work beginning in June of 2009 to preserve the memories created as a result of participating in the wishes granted by non-profit organizations.  Since then Crops of Luv™ has completed nearly 85 albums and counting through the tireless dedication of volunteers and the donations from the community.

b What We Do…

Crops of Luv™ organizes supply drives and large gatherings of volunteers to create each of the scrapbooks.  As of right now there are no large sponsors or corporate donors.  Any funds collected have come from smaller personal donations from individuals interested in supporting the cause.  The real work of putting together the memory books can come only after enough supplies and other donations are collected.  That is why Crops of Luv™ is actively seeking partnerships with corporate sponsors and individuals to help with supply drives, cash donations, and providing space to hold Scrap-A-Thons.

Crops of Luv™ understands the inherently giving spirit of individuals when the life of a child is threatened by disease. We believe that with a few generous supporters, we can continue to create memory books for a long time to come.
