The Crops of Luv™ organization was founded to create memory books for children that have been granted wishes from Make-A-Wish Foundation. Our primary purpose is to preserve the memories created during these wonderful experiences free of charge to the wish recipients and their families through the generous donations of time, supplies, and funds from supporters like you.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes internationally to children with life threatening illnesses and they are on tap to grant over 260 wishes in Arizona alone this year and while the families are excited about taking pictures, most don't have the time and finances to put into creating a memory book.

Thanks to everyone for supporting the Labor of Luv Weekend @ Paper Vineyard.

We had a blast at Labor of Luv! Thanks to EVERYONE that came. We were lucky enough to have 5 wish recipients and their families visit us during the weekend.

A special thanks to Paper Vineyard for sponsoring the event at their store, providing a generous grand prize for our participants valued at over $300. Congratulations to Julie W. for winning the prize.

We also want to thank all of our wonderful volunteers who helped us to create 8 albums over the weekend. We want to especially thank Janet Meza and Julie Lucian for working non-stop for 3 days on Cricut items for our volunteers. Gale Asberry and her scrapbooking crew from Paper Vineyard who created 375 8X8 Disney layouts. We also want to thank Mary Moilan for her fresh baked cookies and for organizing all of the food over the three days.

Wish House Family Crop

Where: 7th Street and Northern @ the Make-A-Wish of Arizona Wish House.
What we're doing: We will be helping Wish Families make their own albums commemorating the wish.
How you can help:

Volunteer to be one of our 10 experienced Scrapbookers with their own tools to come help the wish families make their books. They may or may not have any experience but will want to make their own album. We're there to help them do that.
Donate drinks and snacks for the day
Volunteer to be one of 2 scrapbookers that know how to use the Cricut. We will need you to help us cut out items requested by the wish families.

We hope to make this an ongoing event and will meet periodically throughout the year to help make wishbooks at the Wish House.

2nd Chance Crafters Yard Sale

Where: I-ScrapAZ: 15821 N. 79th Street Suite 2, Scottsdale AZ 85260 (Located near the Scottsdale Airpark just south of Frank Lloyd Wright BLVD on the Greenway Hayden Loop).
What we're doing: Hosting a Crafters sale for new and used scrapbooking and craft items.
How you can help:

Call 480-947-4745 to reserve an 8 foot square spot for $20 or a 16 foot spot for $35 to sell your items.
- 50% of all space reservation fees go to Crops of Luv

Bring your items and sell them all day on the 25th

Donate items for us to sell at the yard sale to raise money for future projects
- You can drop your items off at I-ScrapAZ or you can contact us to drop your items off with us
Purchase a Chico Bag to hold all of your items you buy at the sale. 50% of all Chico Bags purchased will benefit Crops of Luv
Donate New items for our raffle and door prizes: Suggested items are gift cards and gift certificates.
Bring yourself and your friends to come shop at all of the displays at the sale.
Parking and admission to the sale are FREE!!! Come early to get the best selection!

Scrap-A-Thon 2 @ Aetna
Where: Grand Canyon Conference Center BUILDING #2 located AT 4645 Cotton Center BLVD .
What we're doing: Hosting our 2nd Scrap-A-Thon at Aetna to make 3 Wish books and prepare for upcoming events.
How you can help:

Call 480-634-7763 to sign up and reserve your spot or if you have any questions.

Invite anyone that you know that wants to participate. We have room for up to 40 scrapbookers at a time. Come for a couple hours or stay the entire day.

What to bring:

Your personal scrapbooking tools: paper trimmer, eyelet setter, craft mat, craft scissors, permanent acid free adhesive, etc. Basically bring the tools and supplies you like to work with and any thing that you'd like to use in your donated layouts. We do have some supplies and tools, but it is helpful if you have as much of your own tools as possible.

Your own comfortable seating: There are chairs, but it is recommended that you bring your own seat cushion or chair to maximize your comfort

Food: We will be providing drinks and some snacks will also be available.  You can also contact us to donate potluck items for the event.  .

Extra adhesive and tools to share if you have them.

Any donations you might have for future projects: including, supplies, premade embellishments, premade layouts, and cash or craft store gift card donations.
